Our Service Area of Service Queen Landscaping is built around delivering dependable, long-term landscaping solutions for communities, HOAs, and property managers who need more than just basic maintenance. Instead, we assess each property based on its layout, environmental conditions, and long-term goals to create a plan that supports both appearance and overall landscape health.
Whether it’s managing large community spaces in areas like Fort Lauderdale, maintaining properties near West Palm Beach, or handling landscaping needs across Miami-Dade, we focus on consistency, communication, and results. Our structured process ensures every property receives the attention it needs, from routine upkeep to ongoing improvements.

That’s exactly what we aim to provide across every location we serve in South Florida. having a dependable partner makes all the difference, and that’s the role we aim to fill every day.
We serve properties throughout Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade, ensuring consistent landscaping support across multiple locations. Whether managing a single property or several communities, our coverage allows clients to work with one reliable provider instead of coordinating multiple vendors.
Every property within our service area receives a customized plan based on its size, layout, and environmental conditions. South Florida landscapes vary significantly due to soil conditions, drainage patterns, and plant types, which is why we avoid one-size-fits-all solutions and focus on long-term results.
We follow a clear, step-by-step approach, from initial consultation and site evaluation to proposal, scheduling, and ongoing service. This structured system ensures properties across all service areas receive the same level of attention, quality, and consistency.
Maintaining consistency is critical, especially for HOAs and community properties. Our team operates on scheduled service plans designed to keep landscapes clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round, regardless of location within our service area.
Our team understands the challenges specific to this region, including heavy rainfall, drainage concerns, and rapid plant growth. This allows us to implement landscaping strategies that support proper water management, plant health, and long-term sustainability.
Beyond routine maintenance, we focus on improving the overall condition of each property over time. This includes enhancing curb appeal, maintaining healthy plant growth, and ensuring outdoor spaces remain functional and visually appealing for residents and visitors.
At Service Queen, our six-step process is designed to give you confidence in your property’s landscape plan and ensure the best return on your landscaping investment. We communicate with you at every stage, so you have full control over the services, timeline, scope, and budget. See just how simple and straightforward our process can be:
We welcome inquiries from property managers, HOA board members, and other members of management who want to discuss our landscaping services. You can contact us by phone or our convenient online form. We respond quickly, usually within 24 business hours. If you call before noon on a business day, we try to get back to you before the end of the work day. If you contact us after noon, we try to return your call before noon on the following work day.
Your first phone consultation helps us determine if we are the right landscaping company for your needs. We will ask what kind of property you manage, where it is located, how many units you have, and if your property is currently managed by another landscaping company. We will also discuss the services you desire, such as tree care, lawn mowing, or a complete maintenance package.
This step is quite often an on-site visit. You walk our team member through your property and talk about the areas you want serviced. It may make more sense for you to meet with our landscape professional in person, but not necessarily on your property. We can do this, too, but meeting with more than three board members at any given time is considered an official meeting, and it would have to be posted.
Before drawing up your custom plan, we will determine what type of services you are looking for. These may include seasonal enhancements, lawn mowing, shrub maintenance, pest control programs, fertilization programs, irrigation programs, tree care, or a full maintenance package. Then, we will measure your property, analyze it, take photos, and determine sizes, times, and amounts. We will also discuss your budget.
Once the proposal is prepared, we will email it to you and talk about it via an online meeting or an in-person meeting, or we will send the proposal to you with a video. At this time, we can also provide customer references. If everything meets your approval, you sign the agreement.
For landscape maintenance customers, we add you to our schedule, usually beginning at the first of the month or the 15th day of the month. If your current vendor decides to walk away from the project, we can come in early to take over the management. We will create a schedule for mowing, trimming, etc., and email the schedule to you. We complete The Service Queen Walk-Thru — this is when we provide a walk-thru clean-up. And we’re kind of obsessed about it.
For clients who want enhancements installed, we create a simple sketch of the plant or tree replacements, and then schedule when the work will be performed. We will locate the materials necessary for your project, and our team will arrive on site with a site map to show where everything goes. We hand water everything, whether or not this was listed in your maintenance package, and we will educate you on continuous watering for the next 2-4 weeks.
For service outside of our routine service calls, you can submit work orders through our website or through your property manager via email.
Our plantings are guaranteed as long as Service Queen maintains your property, with the exception of seasonal annuals and storm damage.

I had a tight deadline before a backyard wedding and was nervous about finding help. Service Queen not only fit me into their schedule but also delivered exceptional results. They shaped the palms, cleared fallen branches, and left the lawn immaculate. Guests kept asking who I hired. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.Posted on Tariq IqbalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Service Queen worked a miracle in our backyard! They cut and ground down all the trees and bushes—very impressive work. The team was professional, friendly, and the price was very reasonable. We absolutely love how our backyard looks now!Start to Finish Basher and his crew was very amazing,Very highly recommend them.Posted on Brian LiangTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called three companies for quotes and Service Queen stood out immediately. Their price was competitive, but what impressed me most was their professionalism. They showed up with all the right equipment, removed a massive pine, and left the space looking like the tree had never existed. They even stacked some of the wood neatly for us to use as firewood.Posted on Allen Iverson VitugTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joel and his crew are some of the most courteous workers I’ve ever met. They took time to explain the health of my trees, suggested which branches to remove for safety, and double-checked that I was happy with the plan before starting. After trimming everything, they raked and blew the entire yard. I would highly recommend!
