Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $16-20/hr

Queen Services Landscape Services has an immediate opening for an experienced and hard working Landscaper/Driver to join our growing team! We are seeking individuals who wish to grow in their ability to provide incredible Landscaping services and be part of one of the fastest growing Landscaping businesses in Palm Beach County.

We promote from within and encourage development and growth among our employees. It is not unusual for employees to fast-track their career by moving from Maintenance Worker to Crew Lead to Project Manager in a few seasons. We believe in leaving career progression in our employees hands and giving them all the training and resources to achieve.

Landscape Maintenance Worker/Driver Knowledge Base:

  • Valid and clean Florida’s Driver License.
  • Able to drive a truck/trailer combination.
  • Experience with commercial lawn maintenance equipment
  • Bilingual — English and Spanish.
  • Detail oriented
  • At least 5 years experience as a Residential/Commercial Landscaping/Lawn Crew to be considered for Crew Lead

Physical and Behavioral Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in the sun for the majority of a workday.
  • Ability to present themselves in a clean and professional manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clients, subcontractors, vendors, and designers).
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 80 lbs or more.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift and carry a variety of light to heavy items throughout a 10-hour workday.
  • Ability to take pride in doing things well and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Strives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
  • Ability to report to work on time every scheduled day.
  • Ability to lift and or pull 80 pounds at a time.
  • Ability to humbly receive direction and correction from supervisors to strengthen your new skillset.
